Diese beinhalten die geltenden Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsstandards. BOXEXPERT gew\u00e4hrleistet, dass der den Besch\u00e4ftigten gezahlte Lohn dem in der Branche \u00fcblichen oder gesetzlichen Mindest-lohn entspricht. Die Arbeitszeiten sollen in der Regel nicht mehr als 40 Stunden pro Woche betragen. Die Arbeitszeiten haben dem geltenden Recht sowie den relevanten ILO-Vorschriften zu entsprechen, je nachdem welche Regelung strenger ist. Der Mitarbeiter kann Mehrarbeit ablehnen.
