DIN EN 60529
Le type de protection indique l’adéquation des équipements électriques à différentes conditions environnementales. Le type de protection est déclaré par le code IP, qui se compose de deux chiffres. Le premier chiffre décrit la protection contre les corps étrangers, le deuxième chiffre indique la protection contre la pénétration d’eau.
