PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Kontor server enclosure series complements the BOXEXPERT enclosure portfolio. These are 19” racks for organizing the entire network topology in your building. The 19” server cabinets Kontor are available in four different height units, whereby these can be optimally combined with each other. The cabinets can be used as wall-mounted or floor-standing enclosures and are ready for network use in just a few assembly steps. Two depth-adjustable 19” profile rails offer you the necessary flexibility in mounting.
PHYSICAL STRUCTURE
With standardized dimensions and available in four height units, the network cabinet can be combined with all standard components. At the front of the cabinet there is a hinged glass door, which is secured with a cylinder lock and gives the Kontor server cabinet a high-quality design. The server cabinets are designed for the installation of two fan units and are equipped with ventilation slots. This allows continuous cooling of the fixtures. There are cable entry options on the top of the housing (with dust protection) as well as on the bottom (pre-stamping). This means that different racks can be combined with each other and uncomplicated cable routing is guaranteed accordingly. The protection of IT components plays an overriding role in the 19″ solutions from BOXEXPERT. For this reason, we have provided a security lock with 2 keys as a standard door lock for the Kontor series.

With its front glass door, the Kontor series offers the perfect solution for a quick visual inspection of all installed components. Often servers or switches are equipped with corresponding indicator lights, which can now be checked at any time without opening the door.

On the top side of our 19″ network cabinets Kontor there are openings for the passage of cables and additional ventilation openings. Identical pre-stamping on the top and bottom of the enclosures allows several cabinets to be combined without any problems. The cable outlet is protected with bristles to reduce the ingress of dirt. In addition, there is an opening in the lid incl. Holes for mounting a fan to ensure cooling of the electronics located in the network cabinet.

The Kontor series offers 2 different mounting options. Holes for wall mounting are provided on the rear of the housing. However, we also supply 4 additional feet with each network cabinet, which allow a stand-alone solution.

Pivoting glass door with lock
The front of the BOXEXPERT Kontor rack is formed by a pivoting glass door. This is secured against unauthorised access with a lock. Both the lock and its keys are part of the supplied accessories, allowing only assigned personnel to access the built-in electronics. The transparent glass door, however, allows e.g. control and function lights to be checked even when closed, in order to detect potential faults as quickly as possible.
Cable outlet and ventilation opening
In the lid of the network cabinet there is an opening for the passage of cables. This fits exactly on the pre-stamping on the lower part of another network cabinet. In this way, the cable connection between two network cabinets can be carried out without the use of larger tools. The cable outlet is protected with bristles to reduce the ingress of dirt. In addition, there is an opening in the lid incl. Holes for mounting a fan to ensure cooling of the electronics located in the network cabinet.
