CONTROL CABINET PERLE POLYCARBONATE

The prevailing opinion of our customers is often that the robustness of sheet steel control cabinets is clearly superior to the alternatives made of plastic. We would like to convince you of the opposite with our series Perle PC and have good arguments for this. In addition to the high-quality appearance, the housing is particularly impressive due to the robust outer walls. Due to the double-walled construction, it offers optimum protection of the sensitive installations against external influences and has a maximum impact resistance of IK10. The Perle control cabinet is easy to handle and very quick to install. The enclosure series is a very user-oriented and cost-effective alternative to all sheet steel wall enclosures. It has all the features of a sheet steel wall cabinet coupled with the advantages of high quality polymer plastics.

The Perle housing from BOXEXPERT has a 120° swivelling door with lock to protect against unauthorised access to the internals. In addition to the standard lock, the housing is also available with a swivel lever and numerous other lock options. On the inside of the door there are prefabricated domes which allow the mounting of an intermediate plate inside the housing. The door hinge of the control cabinet can be mounted on the left or right. The wide and guided PUR seal ensures high tightness with a protection class of IP66. The enclosure door is available in grey and transparent versions.

The rustproof wall cabinet Perle made of polycarbonate offers various mounting options inside. There are mounting domes on the inside of the door as well as in the bottom part of the housing on the floor and on all four sides for mounting various components. Above this, the accessories supplied include a mounting plate made of galvanised steel, optionally also made of hard paper or perforated. With the aid of these plates, electronic components can be mounted outside the enclosure in a separate processing step and then installed in the control cabinet. This allows the fixtures to be attached without machining the enclosure wall.

The portfolio of accessories for the BOXEXPERT series Perle is extensive. In addition to the standard mounting plate, this is also available perforated, multi-perforated or height-adjustable. An additional lockable interior door can also be added as an option. There are also various options available for mounting the enclosure, whether using wall mounting brackets or a pole mount up to 300mm in diameter. For the outdoor area, snow and rain covers are available and various membrane bottles or multiple cable entries complete the range.
