CLEAR LINES AND COMPACT DIMENSIONS
In accordance with the modern and straight-lined design of the DISBOX-T series, it fits into an overall architectural picture. Fuse boxes are an important part of the house electrics, especially in modern architecture and today’s Smart Home functions, which is why we offer the DISBOX-T series, a surface-mounted distribution box that meets the highest design requirements. Smooth side walls, ultra-flat construction and tidy design – DISBOX-T for design lovers. The fuse boxes of the DISBOX-T series have a protection class of IP40 and are therefore optimally suited for use in all types of indoor spaces. The surface-mounted fuse box is made of high-quality acrlynitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and thus complies with the specifications for halogen-free, UV stability and ROHS and REACH conformity. A total of 3 different housing sizes from 12 to 42 module slots are available in this series. Each enclosure size can be supplied with either a white or transparent door.
SCOPE OF DELIVERY AND EXTENSIVE ACCESSORIES
The scope of delivery of the DISBOX-T series includes not only a comprehensive operating manual and the insulated PE&N terminals, but also all the necessary fastening screws, which enable fast installation. We also mount all required mounting rails type TS35 in the lower part of the housing. The number and length of the mounting rails depends on the defined number of module slots per enclosure. If individual module slots are not required, corresponding blind covers are also included in the standard scope of delivery. In addition to the standard insulated screw terminals, double-row screw terminals or screwless terminal strips can also be supplied. The normal door lock can be exchanged for a security lock on request, which secures access by unauthorised persons. All materials are UV-stable and halogen-free and tested according to applicable standards.

In some applications, increased protection of the internals is required. For this purpose we offer a security lock with 2 keys as a replacement for the normal door lock. This security lock prevents access by unauthorized persons and protects all components inside from vandalism or sabotage.

All distribution boxes are already equipped with PE & N terminals as standard. For this purpose we use insulated screw terminals. In addition, depending on the number of modules, suitable TS35 mounting rails are fitted, which can be individually equipped by the customer. Double-row terminal strips or screwless terminal strips are optionally available.
White or transparent door

The surface-mounted distribution boxes of the DISBOX-T series can optionally be supplied with a transparent plastic door made of PC or a white door made of ABS. The transparent door is slightly darkened and thus allows a wonderful view of all the components installed inside. Often, electrical fixtures have signal or warning lights that can be easily identified through the door. The white door is dyed in RAL9003 (white) and thus has the same colour as the lower part of the housing. With the help of the grey door all components can be hidden inside the case.

The installer often encounters a wide variety of scenarios on site, which make installation considerably more difficult. In order to remain as flexible as possible with the fuse boxes of the DISBOX-T series, we have provided a door hinge on both sides. This means that the user is free to decide at any time whether the door is to be hinged on the left or right side of the housing. Details that make the difference.

The surface-mounted distributors of the DISBOX-T series are supplied with all the necessary accessories for mounting and wiring. The goal should be that the installation can be done intuitively and without additional effort. The insulated terminals are made of self-extinguishing material, which has been tested in the glow wire test up to 650°C. The door of the distribution boxes can be mounted either on the left or on the right.
Optimum cable routing due to pre-embossing on the rear side
The housing bases of the DISBOX-T series are provided with various pre-stampings on the back in order to insert flush-mounted or flush-mounted cables into the housing at the top or bottom. The aim is to achieve a completely “clean” cable routing in which no other surface-mounted cables are visible apart from the fuse box. The housing is made of high-strength thermoplastic material and all components are designed to conform to the IEC 60670 standard.
